이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 스타클라우드 게임즈(StarCloudGames, 이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 게임과 관련 서비스(이하 "서비스")를 이용하는 데 필요한 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임을 정합니다.

제2조 (정의)

  1. "서비스"란 회사가 제공하는 모바일 게임과 관련 제반 서비스를 말합니다.
  2. "이용자"란 이 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 사람을 말합니다.
  3. "콘텐츠"란 서비스 안에서 제공되는 게임 재화, 아이템, 캐릭터, 데이터 등을 말합니다.
  4. "유료 콘텐츠"란 이용자가 대가를 내고 구매하는 콘텐츠를 말합니다.
  5. "계정"이란 계정 기능이 있는 게임에서 이용자를 식별하기 위해 만드는 정보를 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 게시와 변경)

  1. 회사는 이 약관을 게임 안과 홈페이지에 게시합니다.
  2. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 내용과 시행일을 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리하거나 중요한 변경은 30일 전)부터 게시합니다.
  3. 이용자는 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않으면 서비스 이용을 멈출 수 있습니다. 회사가 제2항에 따라 알리면서 시행일까지 거부 의사를 밝히지 않으면 동의한 것으로 본다는 뜻을 함께 알렸는데도 이용자가 거부 의사를 밝히지 않으면, 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제4조 (서비스 이용)

  1. 서비스는 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. 계정 기능이 있는 게임은 그 게임 안에서 따로 안내합니다.
  2. 계정이 없는 게임의 진행 데이터는 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 데이터가 사라질 수 있으며, 회사는 이를 복구할 수 없습니다. 다만 광고 제거처럼 한 번 사면 계속 유지되는 유료 콘텐츠는 같은 스토어 계정으로 구매를 복원할 수 있습니다.
  3. 서비스는 연중무휴 제공을 원칙으로 하지만, 점검이나 장애 등으로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.

제5조 (계정 관리)

계정 기능이 있는 게임에서 이용자는 자신의 계정을 관리할 책임이 있으며, 계정을 다른 사람에게 양도, 대여 또는 판매할 수 없습니다. 이용자는 게임 안 메뉴나 이메일로 언제든지 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (개인정보 보호)

회사는 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하며, 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침에 따릅니다.

제7조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)

  1. 회사는 운영상 또는 기술상 필요에 따라 콘텐츠를 변경하거나 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다.
  2. 회사는 다음의 경우 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다: 설비 점검, 보수 또는 교체, 통신 서비스 중단, 천재지변 등 불가항력.
  3. 서비스를 종료하는 경우 종료일 30일 전까지 게임 안이나 홈페이지에 알립니다. 종료 시점에 아직 사용하지 않은 유료 콘텐츠는 관련 법령에 따라 환불합니다.

제8조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

  • 다른 사람의 정보 도용
  • 해킹, 부정 접근, 버그 악용, 회사가 허용하지 않은 프로그램 사용
  • 회사나 제3자의 지적재산권 침해
  • 게임 재화, 아이템, 계정을 현금이나 현물로 거래하는 행위
  • 그 밖에 법령이나 이 약관을 위반하는 행위

제9조 (유료 콘텐츠와 결제)

  1. 유료 콘텐츠는 Google Play, App Store 등 앱 마켓의 결제 수단으로 구매하며, 결제는 각 앱 마켓의 정책을 따릅니다.
  2. 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 미성년자 본인이나 법정대리인은 그 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다.
  3. 확률형 아이템이 있는 게임은 그 종류와 확률을 게임 안과 홈페이지에 공개합니다.
  4. 유료로 구매한 재화와 무료로 받은 재화를 함께 가지고 있으면, 재화를 쓸 때 유료로 구매한 재화가 먼저 차감됩니다.

제10조 (청약철회와 환불)

  1. 이용자는 유료 콘텐츠를 구매한 날부터 7일 이내에 청약철회를 할 수 있습니다.
  2. 다만 다음의 경우에는 청약철회가 제한되며, 회사는 해당 상품에 그 사실을 표시합니다.
    • 구매와 동시에 사용되거나 게임에 바로 적용되는 콘텐츠
    • 이미 사용한 유료 재화나 아이템
    • 묶음 상품 중 일부를 이미 사용한 경우
  3. 결제 취소와 환불은 구매한 앱 마켓에서 신청할 수 있으며, 환불 방법과 기간은 각 앱 마켓의 정책을 따릅니다. 회사에 요청하면 구매 내역을 확인하고 처리를 돕습니다.

제11조 (광고)

회사는 서비스 안에 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다. 광고 제거 상품이 제거하는 광고의 범위는 각 게임의 상품 설명을 따릅니다.

제12조 (지적재산권)

서비스와 콘텐츠에 대한 지적재산권은 회사에 있습니다. 이용자는 회사가 허용한 경우를 제외하고 콘텐츠를 복제, 배포, 전송, 수정 또는 판매할 수 없습니다.

제13조 (이용 제한)

이용자가 제8조를 위반하면 회사는 위반의 정도에 따라 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제14조 (책임의 제한)

  1. 회사는 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
  2. 회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
  3. 회사는 무료로 제공하는 서비스에 대해서는 법령에 특별한 규정이 없는 한 책임지지 않습니다.
  4. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해는 위 각 항에도 불구하고 책임을 집니다.

제15조 (분쟁 해결과 관할)

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다. 서비스와 관련한 분쟁으로 소송이 제기되면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

이 약관은 2026년 10월 27일부터 시행합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the mobile games and related services (the "Service") provided by StarCloudGames (스타클라우드 게임즈, "we" or "the Company"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means the mobile games and all related services provided by the Company.
  2. "User" means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  3. "Content" means in-game currency, items, characters, data and other material provided in the Service.
  4. "Paid Content" means Content that a User buys.
  5. "Account" means information created to identify a User in games that offer accounts.

Article 3 (Posting and changes)

  1. We post these Terms in our games and on this website.
  2. We may change these Terms within the limits of applicable law. We will post the changes and their effective date at least 7 days in advance, or 30 days in advance for changes that are significant or less favorable to Users.
  3. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the Service. If we notified you under paragraph 2 that not objecting by the effective date counts as agreement, and you do not object, you are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Article 4 (Using the Service)

  1. The Service can be used without signing up. Games that offer accounts explain this inside the game.
  2. In games without accounts, your progress is stored on your device. It may be lost if you delete the app or change devices, and we cannot recover it. Paid Content that stays with you once bought, such as ad removal, can be restored with the same store account.
  3. The Service is in principle available at all times, but may be suspended temporarily for maintenance or outages.

Article 5 (Accounts)

In games that offer accounts, you are responsible for managing your account and may not transfer, lend or sell it to anyone else. You can ask us to delete your account at any time through the in-game menu or by email.

Article 6 (Privacy)

We protect your personal information in accordance with applicable law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Changes to and suspension of the Service)

  1. We may change Content or discontinue the Service for operational or technical reasons.
  2. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, repair or replacement of equipment, interruption of telecommunication services, or natural disasters and other events beyond our control.
  3. If we end a game, we will announce it in the game or on this website at least 30 days before. Paid Content not yet used at that time will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Article 8 (User obligations)

You must not:

  • use another person's information
  • hack, gain unauthorized access, exploit bugs, or use programs we have not authorized
  • infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or others
  • trade in-game currency, items or accounts for money or goods
  • otherwise violate the law or these Terms

Article 9 (Paid Content and payment)

  1. Paid Content is bought through the payment systems of app stores such as Google Play and the App Store, and payment follows each store's policies.
  2. If a minor makes a purchase without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel it.
  3. For games with randomized items, we publish the types and probabilities of those items in the game and on this website.
  4. If you hold both purchased currency and currency received for free, purchased currency is used first when you spend.

Article 10 (Cancellation and refunds)

  1. You may cancel a purchase of Paid Content within 7 days of buying it.
  2. Cancellation is not available in the following cases, and we mark the affected products accordingly.
    • Content that is used or applied to the game as soon as it is bought
    • Paid currency or items that have already been used
    • Bundles of which part has already been used
  3. Cancellations and refunds are requested through the app store you bought from, and the refund method and timing follow that store's policies. If you contact us, we will check your purchase and help with the process.

Article 11 (Advertising)

We may show ads in the Service. Which ads an ad removal product removes is set out in each game's product description.

Article 12 (Intellectual property)

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its Content belong to the Company. You may not copy, distribute, transmit, modify or sell Content except as we permit.

Article 13 (Restrictions)

If you violate Article 8, we may restrict your use of the Service according to the seriousness of the violation.

Article 14 (Limitation of liability)

  1. We are not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, telecommunication failures or other events beyond our control.
  2. We are not liable for damage caused by the User's own fault.
  3. We are not liable for free services unless the law specifically provides otherwise.
  4. Despite the above, we are liable for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.

Article 15 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any lawsuit about the Service will be brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

Supplementary provision

These Terms take effect on October 27, 2026.
